📦 Order Cancellation

• You can request a cancellation by contacting us via WhatsApp with your order number before your order is shipped.
• Cancellations of orders that have already been shipped are not possible; in this case, you can initiate the process by clicking the "request a return" button in the "My Account" section after receiving the product.

🔄 Return Conditions

• You can request a return within 7 days from the date you received the product.
• Products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• Returns are not accepted for personal hygiene products, underwear, custom-made products, and discounted items.

🛍️ Exchange Requests

• If you wish to exchange a product, you can create a new order after the return process is completed.
